Our Story

Caroles cheesecake has been rooted in innovation since 1972. Carole (yes, there really is a Caroles!) was first in Toronto to introduce a bottomless Cheesecakes and also the first to retail Carrot cake that is still recognized as the best in the city.

Today we have proudly partnered with Pusateri's - Eaton Centre launched Monday December 3rd, a #DIY Pop-up shop where the customer can customize their own Cheesecake Stik!

At only 190 calories our Cheesecake Stiks is the active lifestyle snack you don't have to think twice about.
